1. All bookings are made with Lyngen Experience Drift AS (hereinafter referred to as Lyngen Experience Lodge) whose registered office is Lyngen Experience Lodge, Lenangsveien 1745, 9068 Nord-Lenangen, Norway.

2. Bookings with Lyngen Experience Lodge must be paid in advance not later than 6 weeks before the start date of your stay.

3. Your booking contract with Lyngen Experience Lodge begins on the date your deposit funds are received by the Lyngen Experience Lodge bank account. We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 6 weeks before arrival. If your booking is placed within 6 weeks before the arrival, 100% of the invoice must be paid to confirm the booking.

4. The total amount received by the Lyngen Experience Lodge bank account must be no less than the full amount shown on your invoice. The sender must pay all bank fees (both sender and beneficiaries). International transfers must be made with OUR instructions, meaning that all fees are paid by the sender.

5. If you wish to cancel your stay, the notification must be provided to Lyngen Experience Lodge in written form and the following charges will apply:

• Mer enn 45 dager før startdatoen for oppholdet ditt = gratis

• 30–44 dager før oppholdets startdato = 50 % av totalkostnaden

• 15–29 dager før oppholdets startdato = 60 % av totalkostnaden

• Mindre enn 14 dager før oppholdets startdato = 100 % av totalkostnaden

Alle bankgebyrer (avsender og mottakere) angående refusjoner vil bli dekket av den kansellerende parten.

6. Notice of cancellation will only be effective from the day it is received and confirmed in written form by Lyngen Experience Lodge.

7. If you have any special medical needs, allergies or dietary requirements you must inform Lyngen Experience Lodge when booking.

9. Lyngen Experience Lodge will plan to carry out the trips as advertised, however, due to the nature of the trips, itineraries have to remain flexible.

10. Du forstår og aksepterer risikoene forbundet med alle aktivitetene på turen din, og du utfører dem på egen risiko og ansvar.

11. Lyngen Experience Lodge cannot be held responsible for activities cancelled due to weather or other conditions out of its control.

12. Lyngen Experience Lodge will not be held responsible if car or boat transportation cannot be provided on transfers due to weather conditions.

13. You agree to allow Lyngen Experience Lodge to use for publicity purposes anyphotographic or video materials taken of yourself on a Lyngen Experience Lodge trip without your permission and with no charge.

14. Alcohol consumption. As Lyngen Experience Lodge possesses a licenced bar, the only way to consume alcohol within the lodge is by buying it from this bar.

15. When booking with Lyngen Experience Drift AS, it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all of these booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
